Our story so far

We met 6 years ago love at first sight pretty much.
Like most couples our relationship has hit the hard times but we have got through it and we are stronger.

A year later and two cats one dog and a rental house we started to talk about family and said
"if it happens it happens"

4 years passed on more animals two cars our own house this time plus many home pregnancy tests tears and tantrums
We started the process of  finding out what the problem was

The specialist we chose was great full of information but she kept on saying your young u have all the time in the world which i did not feel at all

meanwhile two beautiful nieces joined our family and Friends supportive as the were became up the duff as well

An empty spot was in our life and the yearning to have a child just grew bigger and i began to fill that spot with animals lol cats dogs fish and birds

I avoided anyone who was pregnant
My partner who is so supportive hated telling me when someone was expecting and we both shed a silent tear hoping our turn would be next

The first test was a hycosy a tubal patency test to find any blockage i had this with no anesthetic in an ultrasound care center the poor nurse was nearly booted across the room on the first go
As i have a septum in my uterus they could not insert the tube with the dye properly three goes and alot of pain one side was checked and scanned

We also had the usual blood tests and a sperm analysis

Second test was under anthasetic the tubal patency was repeated a d&c and removal of a pollup  recovery was alot quicker and i was out and on my way home after an hour

The third was an operation to remove the septum. a Two day bowel preperation was required before the opp and  can i say clear soups are disgusting  i lived of orange juice for two days

I was so stressed out and scared the were going to give me a hystrectomy by mistake.
The operation did not go to well and only a part of the septum could be removed recovery was slow suffered from gas pains they traveled up my shoulder not a nice feeling

The fourth and hopefully final operation was to remove the rest of the septum and i was in and out of there in no time recovery was quick i had my follow up 8 weeks later and everything is ready to go this month

thought id give abreviations just in case u r not sure what im going on about :)
